Industry-Leading Customer Success Training for CSMs Coming to a Technology Hub Near You

Today, we're excited to announce the schedule for our CSM Foundations Customer Success training workshops for the remainder of 2018. The expanded schedule increases the workshop series reach to include nearly 20 cities across the U.S. and Canada. 

According to the recently published analysis by LinkedIn, there is a global shortage of trained CSMs. Research conducted by LinkedIn uncovered over 20,000 open Customer Success Manager jobs globally, but only about 62,000 LinkedIn members that carried the job title. Indicating that there is a huge, untapped opportunity for current, and aspiring, CSMs, with the right expertise and skills.

CSM Foundations

Our goal, with the CSM Foundations workshop series, is to bring high-quality Customer Success Training to places where it has never been offered before, providing CSMs (and aspiring CSMs) outside of Silicon Valley with easy access to the tools, strategies, and expertise they need to take advantage of the opportunity presented by the massive growth in the Customer Success industry.

Since offering our first CSM Foundations workshop in Atlanta in January, we have trained and certified over 200 CSMs, helping those looking to "break into" the role to land their first CSM role and aiding existing CSMs to differentiate themselves from peers and fast-track their careers.

Customer Success Training

During these two-day intensive Customer Success Training workshops, we show CSMs exactly what they need to do to improve their productivity, customer engagement, adoption, and renewals, giving them the knowledge and practices to succeed as a CSM.

The workshops leverage our industry-leading CSM Coaching Level 1 curriculum and cover the full range of foundational Customer Success skills CSMs need to learn and leverage in order to advance their career and deliver great outcomes for their customers.

Become A Certified CSM

At the end of the CSM Foundations workshop, participants are also given the opportunity to earn their Level 1 Customer Success Manager Certification. Our rigorous CSM certification examination assesses their understanding of the best-practices, methods, and strategies and provides an opportunity for them to demonstrate their mastery of the skills every great CSM must possess. 

Upon passing, each certified Customer Success Manager receives a digital certificate and badge for their LinkedIn profile that demonstrates their achievement and signifies their ongoing commitment to providing the highest levels of service for your customers and company.
