This is a great indicator of the potential that a career in Customer Success can offer, but we often hear from aspiring CSMs about how difficult it can be to land that first job or make the transition into a CSM role from another field.

Announcing the Pilot of the CSM Career Quick-Start Program
The CSM Career Quick-Start Program is an application only program that provides approved applicants with access to our industry-leading Customer Success Manager Training workshops at greatly reduced rates.
The pilot program makes a limited number of seats at our upcoming San Francisco/Bay Area workshop (July 17 & 18) available specifically for unemployed job seekers, Veterans, Caregivers returning to the workforce and individuals who are transitioning from another field into Customer Success.
If your application is approved, you will be given the opportunity register for full workshop access for only $495 - that's over 50% off of standard workshop prices.
Applying to the Program
Successful applicants will have a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and meet one of the following qualifications*:
Unemployed Job Seeker
Honorably Discharged Veteran
Employed, but making a career transition
Caregiver returning to the workforce
