The expansion of the CSM role is driving a continued need for practical CSM training, and for providing the workforce with the tools, knowledge, and expertise they need to deliver better outcomes for their customers and accelerate their career.
Expanding the Workshop Calendar for 2019
In 2018 SuccessCOACHING certified nearly 500 Customer Success Managers from over 250 companies around the globe!
We’re excited that in 2019 we can bring in-person Customer Success training to even more people looking to develop new skills - whether they’re just starting out in Customer Success, or are looking to gain momentum in an established career.
CSM Skills and Certification, In Just Two Days
Our intensive two-day CSM training workshops cover the full range of foundational Customer Success skills that enable current and aspiring Customer Success Managers to gain a solid, working understanding of the practical aspects of the field.
Workshop participants that successfully complete both the two-day program and associated certification exam will earn an industry-recognized Level 1 CSM Certification.

More Training Exactly Where It’s Needed
One of our goals for 2019 was to make CSM training more accessible by bringing our workshops to locations where the community was telling us they wanted it.
We’re asking you--the Customer Success community--to determine the additional locations where we will host a workshop by crowdsourcing the location selection process. Any location with 50 votes will get added to the schedule!
To get involved and bring an additional workshop to a city near you, Customer Success Managers can make their voices heard by completing this form.
The DO’s and DON’Ts of Attending a CSM Foundations Training and Certification Workshop:
DO see if your company will support you by purchasing your ticket. Many teams have money earmarked specifically for professional development and training.
DO check with coworkers to see if they want to attend too! Not only do teams of three or more get a discount, but having people on your team learning the same strategies makes it even easier to use back at the office.
DON’T forget that at the end of the workshop, you can take a certification exam to earn your Customer Success Manager Level 1 Certification. It’s an impressive addition to your resume and LinkedIn profile.
DO get your ticket before they sell out. Workshops have a limited number of seats to ensure an optimal learning experience for all participants.
DO nominate a major city near you to host a workshop if there isn’t already one on the schedule. We would love to add your town to this year’s calendar!
