New Cities Added to the 2019 Customer Success Training Workshop Schedule

One of our biggest goals for 2019 was to make Customer Success training more accessible by bringing our CSM Foundations Training Workshops to locations where the community had highlighted a need.

To find these locations, we asked you - the Customer Success community - to nominate locations.  

Today, we are excited to announce the next set of cities and dates that we’ve added to our 2019 workshop calendar based on your votes!

What to Expect at a CSM Training Workshop

The CSM Foundations Training and Certification workshops are two jam-packed days with group exercises and guided discussions led by an instructor with years of practical hands-on experience in Customer Success.

Whether participants are just starting out in Customer Success, or looking to gain momentum in an established career, the workshops provide a full range of foundational Customer Success skills.

The Customer Success training workshop focuses on practical application of the material. Participants are encouraged to discuss their current challenges and work through solutions with inputs from an expert coach and other participants.

Workshop participants that successfully complete both the two-day program and associated certification exam will earn an industry-recognized Level 1 CSM Certification.

Workshop Information and Enrollment

Tickets for the current 2019 workshop calendar locations are now available for individuals starting at $995 and teams of three or more at $895.

All scheduled workshops are currently open for enrollment. Get your ticket now, before seats fill up as class size is limited.

The DO’s and DON’Ts of Attending a CSM Foundations Training and Certification Workshop:

  • DO see if your company will support you by purchasing your ticket. Many teams have money earmarked specifically for professional development and training.

  • DO check with coworkers to see if they want to attend too! Not only do teams of three or more get a discount, but having people on your team learning the same strategies makes it even easier to use back at the office.

  • DON’T forget that at the end of the workshop, you can take a certification exam to earn your Customer Success Manager Level 1 Certification. It’s an impressive addition to your resume and LinkedIn profile.

  • DO get your ticket before they sell out. Workshops have a limited number of seats to ensure an optimal learning experience for all participants.

  • DO nominate a major city near you to host a workshop if there isn’t already one on the schedule. We would love to add your town to this year’s calendar!
