Take the appropriate certification exam to demonstrate your knowledge of Customer Success. To earn your CSM Certification, you must achieve a minimum score of 80% on the exam.
Attend a 12-week CSM Coaching Customer Success Training course or participate in on of our two-day (16 hour), intensive CSM Training Workshops taught by a Certified Customer Success Trainer (CSST).
